Paraguay will host a hemispheric summit on animal health on April 10 and 11, an event that will bring together ministers of Agriculture of the Americas, the Director General of IICA and other agricultural authorities. This seminar, organized in Asunción by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of Paraguay, SENACSA and IICA, seeks to discuss the challenges and opportunities of animal health and strengthen coordination between health services and ministries of the continent, thus reinforcing the role of the region in global food security.
